Order processing and shipping
All of our products are made on order, so, we will make and ship your items within 4 working days from completion of the ordering process.
Products will be shipped to the address specified by each customer during the order procedure. Shipment costs will be charged to the customer and will be specified during the ordering process. The Company makes all possible efforts to ship orders within the time period specified.
We ship internationally via Hellenic Post Office organization (ELTA) via the Registered International priority service.
All our shipments include tracking. You can track your packet here using the tracking info provided.
We ship within Greece via Hellenic Post Office organization (ELTA) via the Registered 1st priority
Greece: 1-3 business days
EU countries: 5-6 business days
United States: 10-15 business days
Rest of the world: 12-17 business days
We currently ship to the following countries: Greece, Belgium, France, Germany, Cyprus, Luxemburg, Holland, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania and Slovenia and United States, Canada, Australia.
We are constantly searching for the best, safest, and most economical solution to include more countries on our shipment list. However, if your Country is not on the above list, please contact us via the contact page of our e-shop and we will try to find a solution
Your order can be delayed for one of the following reasons:
During extreme weather conditions, strikes. Also, holiday seasons affecting shipment and delivery.
In case that email and/or phone communication with you is not possible.
If there is a problem during the processing of your order for example:
A problem with the ordered product
A problem with the payment
Your details have been incorrectly entered, etc
A packet can be claimed as lost after 30 days from the day of shipment. In this case, we file a claim to Hellenic Post about the packet and after 10 days (maximum), we have the official answer.
If during that period the packet has not be delivered to you, you are eligible for a full refund or a new free of charge same item.
Risk of damage or destruction of products
Shipped products are insured for all damages during transportation. The validity of this insurance ends at the moment of receipt of the product by the customer.
Reasons for a return
Warning: For a return to be accepted, you have to contact us BEFORE you ship the product back, in order to give you instructions about it.
Wrong items ( or wrong customized) ,having been shipped, due to the Company's mistake.
In this case, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. The product must be intact in its original sealed packaging and all of its contents. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.
A packet received damaged due to trasportation.
In this case, please contact us as soon as possible , sending clear and detialed photos of the damaged parts.We can arange for a new, free of charge, product.
You dont like the product for any personal reason
In this case, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. The product must be intact in its original sealed packaging and all of its contents. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.Note, that you have to choose a shipping service that is trackable.You will be elligible for a partial refund ( the cost of the product, not the initial shipping cost) when the packet has been received by us. Products that have been customized, can not be returned for that reason.
